Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing the following information:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, and telephone number
5. A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of Federal District Court

Repeat Infringer Policy

ThemeLimit will, in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
